This page explains, in plain terms, what information Pyramidal Technology collects through this website, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Who we are
Pyramidal Technology is an international technology group. This website (pyramidaltechnology.com) is our public landing site. For any privacy question, contact us at info@pyramidaltechnology.com.
Information we collect
This site has no user accounts and never asks you to sign in. The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Separately, our hosting and security providers process your IP address and basic request details in order to serve the site and protect it from attack, and the contact form applies a short per-IP limit to block automated spam.
How we use it
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing you haven't asked for.
Data retention
This site stores no contact-form submissions in a database. Each message is delivered straight to our team by email and is then kept only in our email system, under our normal email-retention practices. The spam-prevention counter described above holds a hashed form of your IP address for at most one hour, after which it is deleted automatically.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. Your language is chosen from the preference your browser sends with each request, not from anything stored on your device. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Third parties
A small number of providers help us run this site. GoDaddy hosts it and delivers contact-form email. Sucuri filters traffic in front of it to block attacks. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a contact-form submission comes from a person rather than a bot, and receives your IP address and basic browser signals in order to do so. Each of them acts on our behalf to operate and protect the site. We do not sell your information, and we share it with no one else.
How we protect this site
The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, sends a strict content-security policy that blocks unexpected scripts, and sits behind a web application firewall. The contact form is protected by a bot check and a rate limit. No system is perfectly secure, but we deliberately keep this one simple, so there is very little to attack.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete a contact-form submission you previously sent, at any time by emailing info@pyramidaltechnology.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version always applies to the site as it exists today.
